How accurate is Zenbrain?

Zenbrain answers from your documents and shows the clause, page or record behind each point, so every answer can be checked before it is used. When it can't find something, it says so rather than guessing. Legal judgement stays with your team.

Which languages and countries does it work in?

Zen Legal reads documents in English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. Land and title diligence covers Karnataka, Maharashtra and West Bengal records today. Contracts, matters, governance and the rest of the workspace work for companies anywhere.

Are my documents used to train models?

No. Your documents are used only to answer your team's questions and are never used to train models. They are stored in India.

How are advocates verified?

Enter your Bar Council enrolment number when you sign up; we check it against your state council's format. Then upload a photo or scan of your Bar Council ID card. Our team reviews it within 1 to 3 working days, and you can use your workspace while the review runs. More on verification

What happens when the free tokens run out?

Everything you've built stays: documents, structure, contracts and records. Zenbrain's answers pause until you move to a paid plan. Talk to us and we'll set it up.

Can I change my industry or modules later?

Yes. In Settings, under Organisation, change your industry or turn any module on or off, including modules from other industries. A manufacturer buying a plant site can add Land & title, for example.

Can we sign in with Microsoft?

Yes. Your team can sign in with their Microsoft work accounts, or with an email and password.
